This is a super cozy two stories apartment (1st and 2nd floor) with 4 Bedroom & 4.5 Bathrooms. Spacious Bedrooms and amazing terrace for a nice sun bath and a private pool while sipping champaign. Fully new furnitured and decorated by a recognized interior designer. Located in Cap Cana, which is a gated high end resort that offers an enjoyable vacation retreat with many other options for entertainment to enjoy This villa-style property will provide the comfort, privacy and security you need. This 381 sq meters apartment has all 4 bedrooms on the top level and on the lower level has a spaced kitchen with a breakfast nook and a comfortable outdoor furniture in front of the private pool, open and roofless terraces, living and dinning room and half bathroom. There also a maid room with a full bathroom and a washer and dryer machine. Our guests will find clean bed and bath linen, as well as beach towels. You will have the complete property to you I am almost 24/7 available via chat (except when I am sleeping), so let me know anything you may need and I will answer you as soon as possible. The apartment is located at Ciudad Las Canas in Cap Cana, it has a pharmacy, a little supermarket and a few other business at only 5 minutes walk. It has a new high end project in front of our building and is inside cap cana complex so you can walk around, jog , or do some running without any safety worries Since the apartment is inside of Cap Cana, you will find a lot of activities or options for your entertainment just minutes away by car. If you want to go out of Cap Cana, the apartment is at a 8 minutes in car (6 kms) from Blue Mall Punta Cana and just 10 minutes from the Punta Cana Airport (8.4 kms).
