"Wonderfull property on a busy road. Unfortunately didnt get to enjoy it as much as i would have have liked to as i lost a night stay due to the Heathrow airport incident. Staff were helful and very polite. Rooms could do with an update but otherwise very comfortable and spacious."

The city is horrible in terms of traffic and pollution. No public transport. Too crowded with mix of dilapidated and new structures. Light goes off sometimes.
