The room is beautiful, clean and like a premium room. We stayed two nights in this hotel and we ate most of the time hotel the food is tasty including the breakfast. You can see a mountain from the window. Ambience and service are like 5 star hotel.

I filtered for 4-5 star hotels only at hotels.com and this property popped up so I booked seeing that they have spa; indoor games etc.Lonavala is resort area where our intention was to stay and enjoy hotel facilities and various restaurants.The hotel is still under construction no spa - no indoor or outdoor activities No gym - only 1 restaurant Extremely disappointed both with hotel and hotel.com This hotel should not even have popped in 4-5 star.Hotels.com gave a 2 star hotel .we will not use hotel.com website in future
