"I’m giving this hotel 2 stars mainly because of the cleanliness and the overall condition of both the hotel and the room, which felt quite run-down and in need of maintenance.
On the positive side, the staff were kind and helpful, and the location is definitely a strong point.
However, considering the price we paid (over €100 per night, almost 500 MYR), I don’t feel it offers good value for money. For that reason, I wouldn’t recommend staying here unless improvements are made."

"La chambre était sale avec une climatisation qui fuyait sur les oreiller sur lequel on dormait. Dans la salle de bain, il y avait des moisissures sur les murs, le meuble sous le lavabo était pourri.
Manque d’entretien dans l’ensemble de l’hôtel.
Dans ma réservation, il y avait deux chambres triple, on m’a mis une chambre triple et une chambre double sans me demander mon avis et sans me rembourser immédiatement. Il a fallu que je demande et que je fasse les démarches pour me rembourser la...
