I booked an extended stay for one person and the Lofts on Basilio did not disappoint in any way. The communication before and during the stay were timely and informative. The room was exactly as advertised, comfortable and clean. The roofrop terrace is a great bonus area. Remi and the staff were helpful with arranging airport transfers, laundry and room service. The Lofts are a great location within walking distance to all that PV has to offer.

We love staying here, the location is great, the lofts a huge and the cleaning gals are sweet as pie. It was perfect for our 3 week stay, I was recovering from surgery and my husband was able to go out to OXO the pharmacy and all our favorite stops to eat very easily.

The room was fantastic- even though we had reservations about it being "in the back of the hotel, ground floor". It was great! Quiet, the waterfall wall was outstanding. We loved the shower - amazing! And the staff, always smiling, polite and courteous - we asked for more coffee pods for the Nespresso machine and got extras each day! We love our coffee. The fridge was nice and cold, and so was the AC when we needed it (which was rare). Being at the back of the building had its advantages. And the rooftop was beautiful and calming, very nice! Although we never went into the infinity pool, it sure looked great! Thanks again!

Excellent boutique hotel!

Check in was very easy and the overall place was really nice and in an excellent location! I will definitely stay here again when I visit. If you are traveling solo - and want a peaceful room - book 103!

This place was great. I only needed to stay one night and it was perfect for that. The street can be a little loud but the location is great otherwise. It’s truly walkable to everything, especially the bars so if you’re looking for something convenient and close to PV’s gay nightlife, then this place is a great choice.

The room was well appointed, clean and modern. The rain shower was especially nice. Communicating check-in/check-out process was flexible and easy. The elevator can be a bit tricky and there were some very noisy birds or geese near the property that woke us up early every morning, but other than that, it was comfortable and located near plenty of restaurants and bars.

The room was clean, well stocked and conveniently located. Only complaint was that when we arrived the room was really hot, since the AC machine had been off. Because we went in June it took a while to cool. However I will say the fans in the apartment are top notch. They work extremely well and that was a nice perk. I did have to tell housekeeping to go do a basic cleaning towards the end of our stay as they hadn’t been going in the room at all.

Great property. Excellent service by all the staff. Very clean. Lofts are beautiful and well decorated. Rooftop is great. Pool looks small on pictures but it is a descent size. Great dining options within 5 minute walk.
