"We were sadly disappointed with part of this stay. We travel frequently with Airbnb & Hotels.com. I return to Hotels because normally, we are very pleased. This was not one of those times. Our check-in was very long. We had to hand over passports a few times for they couldn’t find our reservation. We asked for hotel restaurant for some lunch. The gal who helped us check in wasn’t informed that there was indeed a spot we could have more than chips, snacks, as she said. Our room was beautiful with ocean views. Bathroom sink was clogged. I asked twice for it to be fixed. When our room was cleaned they took the dirty towels but forgot to replace them. The hotel info says mini bar in room. There is not one. The service & breakfast buffet is incredible all around. We had a barbecue Dinner one night which was very nice. Staff very helpful & kind. Pool was magnificent. Swam every day. The dinner shows were amazing! Flamenco Dancers were incredible! The vibe is cruise like. The guests were either with young ones or 60+. Overall we wouldn’t return. But, we had a wonderful time overall. The nearby beaches and boat days are a must! They gave us a late check out for our troubles. "

"The whole place needs a good lick of paint. Internet didn't work. Toaster blew the electrics. It is so neglected. Didn't see one member of staff at all, even on check in. It was help yourself in a key lock thing. Such a shame as there is potential there "

"The rooms were clean and the cleaner came every day but one. The pool was beautiful. The staff were friendly especially the ladies in the cafe. Good stocked shop with fair prices. It is half way up the hill so easy to go down or up. "

"The room was lovely needs TLC .the room above us kept moving table and chairs I don't know why? the balcony was great but the only set back were other people walking past quite a bit .I would like to thank the hotel for changing our room on the second day for my wife with the steps. last of all on the day we were leaving we booked a taxi with the hotel waited over an hour. Still no show with the axi in the end we had to walk to a taxi rank took over 2 hours for a 5 min drive to our next hotel. We did enjoy our 2 weeks there as the balcony was great ."

"The hotel is in a good location within an easy walk of both the beach and the nightlife in the commercial centre. Walking back uphill to the hotel may not be for everyone but there are plenty of taxis available. It was my second stay in the Revoli and I will be happy to return, nice friendly staff and a good buffet breakfast."
