Very accommodating staff and the complimentary airport transfer was efficient. The free breakfast was also okay, mostly silog Filipino style choices. Less than 10 minutes away from the city proper and tricycles are accessible as soon as you step out of the inn.

Convenient hotel

It was an amazing stay. The toilet needs some upgrade though. Good value for money. Staff was accommodating. Free shuttle to the airport. They even allowed us to check out late for only P500.

From the owner, June, to the staff members, including Jade, they were warm and caring. The room was clean and nice. Breakfast was served fresh on time as per request. They went above and beyond what was expected. Everything was exceptional other than a miscommunication with expedia and Ysabelle Mansions. I would suggest to call the them first even after the place of accomodation is confirmed. Once again, Kudos to all of of the staff and owner.

When we got to our room there was a smell in the bathroom, they had a pail over the drain in the shower to stop the smell I think but it wasn’t helping. We found it to be a bit outdated. The window in the room did not lock and there was mosquitoes in our room throughout our stay. The young girl at the front desk was not eager to help us at all. We tried to book some tours but while she talked to us she was playing on her phone. Not helpful at all so we went elsewhere to book our tours. The free breakfast was ok, nothing special. It is a bit of a walk to town but tricycles are always available.

Our First Bonding in Puerto Princesa-Palawan 2018

Our stay with Ysabel Mansion really amazing and contented...except that there's a noise while we have our siesta. (Making pukpok of something-wood or steel at the back of our room) I hope our next stay there will be the best already!!! thank you also to all the staffs, its all friendly especially there chef, ms. Edna. the foods really "lutong-bahay". all tastes good. again thank you all!!! and my daughter left her "expensive watch", a gift from her god-mother from Australia.....well, when we came back from our day tour, they cleaned the room, changed everything...wow!!! the watch-coach was there on top of our room table. thanks really guys......tips to all travellers, why not try Ysabell Mansion for your Phil trip next time? God bless everyone!!!

Nice hotel near to the Airport.

Sometimes is not the place for the reason to go back to Palawan. This time because of the super friendly staff of Ysabelle mansion, we will again comeback with colleagues.

Clean room, wifi, airport transfer breakfast

Nice clean room with mini fridge. Wifi with good signal,close to airport with airport transfer included, breakfast included, great staff, we were able to check-in early as well. It is close to Baywalk a nice area to go at night, easy to get around with tricycles everywhere. Great spot would recommend and would stay again.

Don't stay here

Me and my boyfriend stayed here for 1 night. We weren't overly enthusiastic about this place. We expected a warm welcome after reading through trip advisor reviews only to be looked down on as we had booked through hotels.com and the hotel hadn't received the confirmation. Obviously not our problem. She even said at one point we would have to pay again to the hotel because they haven't received the money. I explained that I booked and paid through hotels.com. She then rang the company Expedia and checked and they clarified it was obviously a legit booking. The lady didn't even apologise!!! So so rude. Wi fi signal was rubbish, virtually non existent in room 6. Shower was extremely weak. Room pretty basic but big Our safe wasn't working when we got here - I went and asked the same rude lady and she reset it and told me what safe number to put in? So the hotel staff know the safe number to get into your safe.... strange. Good location for airport and they offer transfer Breakfast very basic phillipino food - only western option is toast (sweet and cheap) There is constant power cuts normally just for a few seconds - this didn't happen in the other hotel we stayed at in PP or even in el nido. The hotel had a sign saying don't plug in electric devices incase of a surge so can't charge phones etc too. Also when we left - the slightly older lady with greyish hair did not say thank you, she just said "there's your transport". I think you could get a much better hotel

Nicht zu empfehlen!!!!!

Kein heißes Wasser zum duschen, sowie sehr sehr laute Klimaanlage. Haben kein Auge zu machen können in der Nacht. Trotzallem waren Hotelmitarbeiter sehr hilfsbereit u nett.
