「The most beautiful property I've ever stayed at. Immaculate views and amazing staff who helped with everything from restaurant recommendations to helping us get bike rentals delivered to the hotel. Mike at the front desk made us feel like family. The sunsets and sunrises coming in from the floor to ceiling windows were the nicest I've ever seen. Couldn't recommend more.」

「Clean place, well equipped kitchen, friendly staff, quiet and comfortable. The only downside was that we had one set of keys for 2 people and that was a bit limiting at times…」

「Stay was amazing, our swim out room was a 10/10, only ‘complaint’ is the food was a hit or miss as far as taste and some confusion on what restaurants were open and when. Would return, staff were friendly and helpful, overall we really enjoyed ourselves.」

「Washer/dryer combo was very useful. The pools and beach are great. Service was wonderful. Prices are high, like everywhere in Cancun. We will return.」

「No view.from the room. reception wasn't helpful.」

「Prior to checking in the host sends you a code for the front door, your room is open and the key is in it. I had a great little room perfect size for one or two people that plan to spend days and evenings out exploring. I’m definitely considering this location next time I head south.」
