"The gentleman in the front who checked me in was very rude. He couldn't find my reservation, was making phone calls but because no one would answer he threw the cell phone then asked for my confirmation# again and finally gave me the room key. The room was dirty with ants all over the floor. Every time I had a question for the guy he gave me attitude with an annoyed look on his face. I still thanked him each time even though he wouldn't respond. Worst experience ever at a hotel, I will not be...
