"A quiet, unusual gem written an awesome view. Feels exclusive and private. I had difficulty navigating to it and figuring out exactly where to go at first. And the room was a little aged/dated. But a very nice experience I would repeat. "

"Clean condo with most of what you could ask for in the kitchen. It was great having beach gear and the bedding felt very luxe. There is a little bit of road noise but is quiet at night and the pool/ hot tub were great! We loved the location to beaches and shopping/ restaurants. Communication with the owner was good but not all issues were resolved during our stay. Overall, we would stay in this place again and had a great time!"

"We had a nice time at this property. Pros: we liked the location and beach access. It was quiet and peaceful. I’m glad the property was pet friendly and close to nice restaurants. The appliances were high-end and beds were comfortable. Cons: property needs some minor repairs (sliding door comes off the track, slow draining shower). Overall we enjoyed our stay! "

"I've given every category 1 star simply because it would not allow me to get to the written review otherwise. Highlights: First full day I spent buying my own towels and sheets. Had my personal housekeeper in to clean for 5 hrs. She returned the next day for same. Cobwebs everywhere. Dingy, threadbare towels and sheets. Had the three overnight guests who visited during my stay bring their own sheets and towels. "Primary" bath was 1970's tract house aesthetic, and not in a good way. Every drawer and cabinet filthy and filled with half used personal care products and half-eaten food in kitchen. Because I was traveling alone, had a busy schedule and a lot of luggage, I decided to stay rather than find another disappointing VRBO property and relocate.My housekeeper's cleaning made it somewhat bearable. I left the moment my business was completed, a full 7 days early. Unless you are looking for frat house vibe, don't. Just don't.I have pictures to prove what I say."

"This house was exactly what we were looking for in a beach house. Right on the ocean and one with a story. The house was built in the 30’s and is charming. It has a lot of places to hang out. The day bed off the bar area turned out to be a very popular chill spot. If you are looking for a new build modern 2 dimensional house this may not work for you. This house did not disappoint. Recommend. "

"We were greeted by a beautiful bottle of wine and a personal note. You could not ask for a more perfect location close to everything Malibu and surrounding locations. Our host had thought about every amenity you could think of. Cleanliness was a 10/10!!! Checkin and checkout was just perfect. Truly a 5 star experience. "
