"Host communicative and friendly, clear pre-arrival comms, excellent location. A little quirky layout, steep stairs, but clean and cozy…fine for weekend stay. Comfortable primary room bed, and nice kitchen setup. Couch needs replacing and blinds did not work. Good parking for 1-2 cars. "

"This condo was not very clean and had a bad odor to it that wouldn’t go away. The key to the gas fire place was missing so we couldn’t use it. The linens could use a refresh. For the price I would not recommend staying here. The location on the beach was nice but the place needs some TLC."
