This is a fabulosos hotel! It will be my main stay for years to come. I will use any excuse to come back (last time it was Talavera shopping). The hotel is modern, edgy but elegant, and no detall is lleft without attention. Super comfortable and in the middle of everything.

Our room was just great, spacious. We had 5 little balconies with great views of a crafts/antiques market and beautiful streets. We had a bath tub in the room which was also great. The decor was very modern and very edgy. Many attractions and restaurants were in the walking distance. We will definitely return.

This is the second time we stayed. The staff are friendly and helpful. The rooms are unique. Up to date electronics to make things function. Excellent location in the business district. Wish there was a restaurant on the premises.

A perfect respite in wonderful Puebla.

This is a lovely hotel. Perfectly situated right on the infamous "alley of the frogs". The staff were friendly and accommodating. The room was exceptionally beautiful and comfortable.

Very large, beautiful room. Front desk folks were very helpful. Location was great for museums and the cathedral. Surrounding restaurants were excellent and plenty of shopping. The roof top deck was really nice, although the pool was small. The weather wasn't great for me, but a cocktail up there would be super cool. I would definately stay there again!

Very good hotel located steps away from the Zocalo. Spacious bedroom and bathroom, very clean, with fancy remote to control lighting, TV, A/C and blackout shade. A few steps to go from the elevator to the bedrooms might be inconvenient to some. The entrance is not on the street mentioned as the hotel address, so it's a bit confusing at first. But I would stay again without hesitation in that hotel and recommend it to friends and family.

Perfect except for the toad sounds

The hotel was beautiful, clean, and in a great location close to all the sights. My stay was close to perfect except for one issue, which is not under the hotel's control. Every morning from 7-9am a very loud recording of toad sounds was played every 30 minutes or so and would make it impossible to sleep in. I booked the hotel to get a much needed restful sleep and was disappointed to be woken up like this during my stay. I know this is not the hotel's fault however I am sure other folks would want to know about this before booking.

Nice stay at the hotel

Only complaint was that when ever you enter the room and put the key in place the tv starts blasting music. I would recomend to take that automation off.
