The Chi was a great property right in the Old Quarter so close to restaurants, and coffee shops. Surprisingly quiet as it was busy in Hanoi. Our room had a balcony, spacious bathroom and the included breakfast was awesome!

The hotel is in the heart of Old Quarter, steps from St Joseph’s Cathedral which was the hub for all Christmas celebrations. It’s a nice hotel, good breakfast, and the kindest staff. Absolutely recommend!

Hotel was brilliant from start to finish. Was so helpful as our first visit to Vietnam, couldn’t have done more for us. Even got me a birthday present. Alex, on the tour desk, was so helpful and we had great times. Recommend this hotel. It’s easy walking distance for everything.

Excellent location for all the Old Quarter has to offer. Lots going on around it. Hotel is clean and modern. Staff are lovely - helpful and considerate. Room was big with comfy bed and great bathroom with shower.

A wonderful stay at The Chi

A wonderful three nights stay at the Chi Boutique. Everything about our stay was wonderful from check in (lovely cup of tea!) to check out, the staff were friendly and helpful every step of the way. The rooftop bar has great views over the city and the location is unbeatable for the Old Quarter. My room was clean and bed super comfortable. Breakfast had a whole host of food options. Would stay again!

Great staff, amazing location, wonderful breakfast buffet, very clean. I had a standard room with a faux window, which was strange for me, but that was a choice I made and not a reflection on the property or great folks running it. I know I’ll go back and get a balcony next time.

Boutique with 5 star service

The staff and their service was good. A little sad that the room didn’t have a room but overall it’s very comfortable with universal 13Amp plugs. The water pressure was low due to higher floor and the water was cold on my first night. Overall a comfortable stay and value for money.
