They contacted the property immediately as well. 3 days later the property responded that "because we have not received information from the guest of denial to the country", we will not refund any amount. The staff in the hotel didn’t told us when we asked that maybe we parked in the wrong place. There is no chance that someone for the first time in this hotel will know about the parking"

However, the issue was fixed and we were moved to the correct room on our second night. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and appreciated the attentive and courteous staff."
