The staff was super friendly and helpful. The breakfast is amazing. A little of of old town but super close to transit so was very convenient to all tourist activities.

Parking was difficult but the staff was wonderful doing valet parking for us. Our rooms were lovely but we did have several flights of steep stairs ro get ro the room. I knew to pack light for this stay so we were prepared. we enjoyed the areaa but did have a hard time finding the hotel initially. streets were narrow.

Well appointed apartment, really pleasant building. Great beds, very quiet at night. Lovely neighbourhood with possibly some of the best coffee going. Spoilt for choice for decent places to eat also. Wonderful base for exploring Holešovice, City Centre and the surrounding areas. Tram stops practically outside. Only criticism is the check in, as building is unstaffed relies heavily on kiosk and clear information. Kiosk is easy enough to use, once you get the hang of it, but doesn't have the most user friendly interface. Information printed on walls is incorrect, use the entire reference given (not ten digits as indicated).

Had a last minute booking due to plane cancellation and coulnt have gotten luckier. It was a great stay. It’s a very small hotel and Theresa at the front desk was super friendly and extremely helpful. The room was fine and comfortable with ample room and perfectly maintained. Really, it was one of the more flawless hotel visits that I’ve had in recent memory.
