"Very polite and nice personnel. Especially the check-in person. The only downside was that we can hear every move of our neighbors. The walls are very thin. But it didnt ruin our stay. We still enjoyed everything. The included breakfast was a very big plus. If we have a chance we definitely will come back!"

"We are staying here just for one night and it's a nice, clean motel. It could use some renovations as it is older and some very basic changes could make things better for me...nothing major tho. The main thing is it's clean and there are white sheets with no bugs 😀 I wish there were better/more soap options in the bathroom. We didn't bring any hand soap or body wash because most places provide it and we were packing light for our 2-week road trip. They only provided 2 one inch long bottles of shampoo and 1 very small bar of soap that is NOT big enough for us both to bathe with and wash our hands with etc. My only other real complaint is that they need to get some dark curtains. We want to sleep in a little tomorrow but that's not going to happen with these nearly see-through curtains 😞 . But otherwise...the a/c works well, as does the TV and wifi. Good entertainment and eating options nearby. The beach is within walking distance."

"Great views, clean rooms, and the best people! We just spent our first weekend in Provincetown and this was our base of operations. A few blocks from bustling downtown with ample parking a private beach and a lovely bar to get a drink and sit out at the fire pit. A fantastic way to be near it all but still get a blissfully quiet night sleep "
