Perched high above the turquoise waters of the Caicos Banks in the exclusive Turtle Tail neighborhood, this private studio retreat offers some of the most spectacular ocean views in Turks & Caicos. Designed for couples seeking tranquility, privacy, and an unforgettable island escape, the studio combines breathtaking scenery with all the comforts of home.

The first thing you'll notice is the view. Floor-to-ceiling windows wrap around the studio, showcasing panoramic ocean vistas from nearly every angle. Wake each morning to the sunrise over the water without ever leaving your bed, and spend your days watching the ever-changing shades of blue stretch endlessly across the horizon.

As of December 2024, the studio now features its own private swimming pool and sun deck exclusively for studio guests. Located just steps from the bedroom, the pool provides the perfect place to cool off while enjoying uninterrupted views of the Caicos Banks. Spend your afternoons lounging poolside, soaking up the sunshine, and embracing the peaceful atmosphere that makes Sunrise Ridge so special.

Despite the open views, the property offers exceptional privacy. Surrounded by luxury homes on large lots and positioned high on one of the island's ridges, you'll feel completely removed from the crowds while still being conveniently located near everything Providenciales has to offer.

Inside, the studio is thoughtfully equipped for a comfortable stay. The kitchenette includes a four-burner cooktop, full-size refrigerator and freezer, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, blender, kettle, and all the essentials needed to prepare meals at home. The spacious bathroom features a large walk-in shower, and beach chairs, towels, and a cooler are provided for your adventures around the island.

Located in a quiet and safe residential neighborhood, the studio offers the perfect balance of seclusion and convenience. Grace Bay's world-famous beaches, restaurants, grocery stores, and attractions are all within easy driving distance, allowing you to enjoy the best of Turks & Caicos while returning each day to your own peaceful retreat above the sea.

Please note that the driveway, parking area, and pathway are shared with an adjacent two-bedroom cottage. While you may occasionally encounter other guests coming and going, the studio's private deck, pool, and living spaces are reserved exclusively for your use. For larger groups, the studio and cottage can also be rented together.
