There are only a couple of other villas on this side of the beach including Villa I & III which you can also rent together with Villa II at a higher nightly rate. However, If a busy beach is what you are craving, Grace Bay beach is just a 10 min drive and you are at the heart of all of Provo's 5-star resorts
