cute efficient studio apartment

This place was clean, cozy, spacious, and had a nice shower.

Property manager was very diligent in fulfilling requests. The property lacked amenities. This particular trip was booked by employer for business trip so it was centrally located for convenience. I personally would not have chosen this property.

Convenient location at the right price

Overall a nice place. Host was very responsive to any questions or requests. A few suggestions:-install at least one hook in bathroom to hang clothes-perhaps some outdoor drying rack-main painting above bed is hung upside down

Nice place made better by the host

I stayed at the Venetian for 3 nights while doing some scuba diving in Provo. The place was perfect for me. Comfortable bed, large shower, complete kitchen and the AC worked well. Completely clean. It’s away from the beach, so you’ll want a car, or be prepared to call cabs. Because of this it’s a quiet location. You’re close to restaurants, and the IGA (the local supermarket). Provo is small, so nothing is more than a 15 minute drive away. Parking was ample, I never had difficulty finding a good spot for my car. Its very different from the big resort experience, and exactly what I was looking for. I would rent here again.I wanted to make a special mention of the host. After checking in, I discovered there was an issue with my door lock. I could lock it from the inside, but not the outside. I messaged the host through the app, and she came over right away, and called in a locksmith. They wound up replacing the lock set completely. The host stayed there the whole time, making sure the job was completed I was impressed by her attention to the matter, even though it probably ruined her dinner.

Ottimo appartamento comodo a tutto e ben tenuto. Bagno con doccia valido. Cucina completa. Suggerisco per essere eccezionale al massimo l’introduzione di una lavatrice ed un stendino. Consiglio vivamente. I proprietari super disponibili e sempre presenti per consigli ed aiuto di ogni tipo! Grazie!
