「We spent three nights at Rock haven and were very pleased with the property. sitting out on the porch with a view of the bay was very peaceful. The cottage was very clean and well equipped. We were a little surprised to see no tv....but who needs it there. The area is convenient for Peggy's cove and the owners suggestion of the drive down old hwy 3 to Lunenburg was fantastic. My only complaint would be .... and I understand why... (the cottage is at the rear of the owners property at the bay,...

「Peaceful, quiet. I like how a guest service team member came to check in with me abiut a half hour after I git settled in, wanting to know if there was anything I needed. And they also built my fire for me in the fire pit, so I would have no trouble getting it going. It's those little niceties that make me feel very much at home. And allows me to truly relax. I love it there! 」

We had an amazing stay and would highly recommend this property if you are looking for some relaxation yet still driveable to tourist spots (1 hour +/-).」

「We enjoyed our 4 night stay at The Lodge. The ocean view and sunrises were awesome. The house was comfortable and had lots of room to hang out when we were not out checking out all the nearby attractions. Could maybe use a few more plates and cutlery along with dish towels which we could not find. All around a good first Vrbo experience. 」

「This is the best property we got over that past decade!! The location is just amazing with a breathtaking view on the bay. The cottage is equipped like never seen before with a level of details that is over the top! The cleanliness and the condition of the place is 11/10 and the communication with the owner Beth is irreproachable. I do recommend this place to whoever wants to spend good, relaxing and quiet time in a peaceful environment. 」
