"The advert on Hotels.com specifically talks about spa facilities, saunas, massages etc. There are NONE of these available AT the hotel; you have to go half a mile down the road to the local health club (which was amazing, by the way), but cost another £30 or so for the evening. It is misleading to suggest the Hotel itself has these amenities. And the restaurant closed earlier than the host told me. I wouldn't book again."

"The first thing I noticed when I got there, the TV were not in English even when I called for help with the TV nobody helped the Wi-Fi does not accessible with some amenities that I needed to use and it’s unsecured. It’s not somewhere that I think I wanna stay again."
