"Room clean but dated
Staff very helpful and proud
Expensive hotel compare to others in areas but paying for dirty dancing movie experience
Very very clean hotel and grounds"
"We found the room to be very clean and comfortable for our needs and had the chance to relax in the pool which was also clean and a great temperature. We had an early departure time, 2am, and as we checked out we mentioned the breakfast but that we were leaving to early. The front desk hostess brought us out yogurt, fruit and juice and set up the Belgian waffle batter. Along with coffee, it was wonderful to have something to eat prior to our long drive home. We mentioned to her that we were looking at homes to purchase to relocate from New Jersey, and she gave us helpful advice about the area and things to consider.
We definitely plan on staying here our next trip down. Our only negative was the bed was a bit high!"
"This was my 2nd visit to Brush Creek Falls and just when I thought it couldn't get better , it did!! Be sire to ride the mountain coaster my husband loved it."
"This is a very old style drive up to the room motel that has been remodeled and is maintained in a very positive way providing for a claim, comfortable and very affordable facility."
"We unfortunatly got one of our bed full inside and out of dog hair with the cover upside down! The staff was good about coming the next morning and made a clean bed."
"Our keys did not work when we got to our room. However, Jenny from housekeeping let us in our room and even went downstairs to get new key cards. She was so helpful and polite!"
"Carol at the front desk, was simply wonderful! The only thing we had a bit of a struggle with was adjusting the temperature on the shower. Otherwise, the stay was fantastic."
