An OK stay this time, room was noisy ( not the hotels fault) and could have been cleaner! Coffee machine on the landing has gone and been replaced by a naff kettle. Which is a real shame.

Our stay was fine. It isn’t a luxury hotel and is ok for a quick basic stay. The bed is so hard and uncomfortable which isn’t ideal for a hotel stay although the cushions are great. The hotel seemed to be very busy when we stayed and getting through to the front desk before our stay and during was pretty impossible no one answered the phone and we kept getting cut off. In general it was ok I’d say more of a 3* hotel.

Townhouse is beautiful and the staff are really friendly. The room was quite cold though and we couldn't get the heating to work on our first night. TV in rooms are very dated and we couldn't cast to them or stream anything thst was a bit disappointing.
