"The hotel location is beautiful and from the outside looks beautiful. Very poor sound proof rooms. Can hear the slightest sound from the next room. We were literally whispering to each other. One good thing noticed was free and safe parking. "

"Fitstly we could not find the hotel nor our taxi driver. It did have a sign which could not be seen in the dark. Hotel was in a secluded area with not much around. I did not get help with the bags being taken up the stairs despite being on my own with 2 kids. The room was shabby. The curtains were smaller than the windows and were very thin. Everything was dusty and dirty. None of the lamps in the room worked. The fridge stunk, the beds were so hard that parts of your body you were lying on...

"Downtown location, basically on main restaurant/retail street. One of the original hotels. Doing some renovations which is good. No frills. Helpful staff"

"Loved the staff, so super helpful. Nice to have breakfast included. There was a lot to choose from and it was tasty. Not super close to city center, but in between Tatra Park and city center was good location for us. Only complaints: room was roadside which was a bit noisy and no darkening shade in room so I was up very early with the sun!"
