「My wife and I were very pleased with our stay. The whole place was super clean. There was a fridge full of water, o.j., creamer, bagel variety and other items to snack on such as bananas, cereal, oatmeal, coffee, tea, etc. We met one of the hosts who was wonderful. Various activities and places to eat listed on a white board. Very organized and helpful. Would highly recommend and will be coming back. 」

「コネチカットでの仕事があった為、ホテルを探していたらカジノがあるとわかり、せっかくなのでカジノに泊まろうという事で宿泊をしました。 フォックスウッズカジノには3つのホテルがあり、全て中で繋がっています。アウトレットモールや飲食店街もありとても便利。カジノは24時間営業です。 建物は比較的古い感じがしましたが、大理石をふんだんに使用した豪華な仕様で、部屋も広くとても清潔でした。喫煙室が空いていたので当日変更してもらいました。」

「Not a pleasant experience. No staff on premises despite information stating otherwise. No check-in information sent from motel or expedia. Found a phone number on the empty office door to call, took four tries before someone finally answered and told us to use an unlocked room. Room smelled like an entire bottle of pine sol had just been dumped in it. Mostly long term tennants living there, non-stop noise and banging on paper thin walls between 1-4:30 am when I finally gave up and left. Bed...

「The staff- when you could find them tried to be helpful. The walls are thin so we were kept up all night by loud groups on every floor. There is no security and people kept propping stairway door to outside open at night. Our keys cancelled out because staff person who gave us 3 keys did not know room card system can only handle two keys. It took hours to check in - not clear why. Our room had water damage under window.」
