"We have stayed here twice while passing by to get to other destinations, it’s a good spot to stop. The water pressure in the toilet was bad during this stay and it got clogged, a little inconvenient but overall, it’s a good value. Breakfast is good"

"We stayed two nights in room 313. The whole trip the room temp was 74. We talked to the desk they sent someone to fix it. The person changed the filters and said it would be better. We left the room temp it was still 74. My hubby slept above the sheets due to being hot. Totally not happy with this trip at all. Other than that front desk staff was nice. Breakfast was good and overall my stay needs improvement. This is a top rated hotel with some issues."

"Not much on the breakfast menu. Unless we were too early, just bagels, coffee. The hotel is nice & clean but room was on the small side. A comfortable stay but nothing special."

An excellent example that any property team that sincerely cares about their presentation, reputation and their guests' comfort and security - can do it!"

"The pictures online are much better than the actual property. My experience here was honestly very disappointing. The first room I was placed in had a toilet leaking water all over the bathroom floor. After reporting it, I was moved to a second room, which was even worse — there was visible mold all over the ceiling and I found a bug on the bed. I was then moved a third time, and while that room was acceptable, the overall experience had already ruined the stay for me. The property feels more like old cabins than suites, and unfortunately they are not well maintained. Everything felt very dated and poorly kept up. Staff did switch my rooms when I complained, which I appreciated, but having to move multiple times during one stay ruined my stay. I would not stay here again and would recommend future travelers lower their expectations or consider other options."
