The only issue we experienced was with the room key, which was extremely difficult to use. It rarely unlocked the door on the first attempt, and when we first arrived, it took us nearly 30 minutes to get into the room. Unfortunately, the owner was only available until 4:00 p.m., and it was not possible to reach them by phone or any other means afterward. As a result, we had to figure out the problem on our own. Other than this issue, everything was excellent, and we were very satisfied with our stay.

The breakfast was fantastic! There was a wide selection of desserts, including traditional Czech pastries, as well as plenty of different breads and juices. I was very satisfied with the breakfast. The location is also excellent, just about a 4-minute walk from the Old Town, making it convenient to get everywhere. The location and breakfast deserve 100 out of 100! However, the building is old, and the cleanliness could be improved. Some towels and cups were dirty, and there was a clump of hair left in the shower from the previous guest. These issues were disappointing, especially considering how wonderful the location and breakfast were.
