「Wonderful location in Santo Spirito, walking distance to many delicious restaurants & bars (and wine windows)! Lively streets at night and active mornings from businesses loading in nearby which can be heard from the room but this was worth it being close to all of the sights (10 Min to Boboli Gardens, 15 Min to Piazza della Signoria & Uffizi Gallery). 「No problems getting into the property - good communication from the property in advance and responsive to enquiries. Room was well equipped- kettle and fridge, hairdryer, small safe in the roomy wardrobe and room for my case to stand around. TV (no English stations). WiFi . 「Solo woman traveler here. Felt very safe. Loved the convenience and options of breakfast every morning. The garden is lovely and wished I had spent more time there. The room was nothing fancy, but my time there was great. 「The staff were truly wonderful at Hotel Piazza Pitti Palace and Letizia made sure we were completely welcomed and comfortable immediately on arrival which was a lovely personal touch. The location of the hotel is terrific, we were able to see so much of what Florence had to offer for dining and site seeing and the suites were very clean, spacious and beautifully decorated. 10/10 we will definitely be staying there again amazing birthday treat! 」

"great location just around the corner of Mercato centrale and other tourist attractions! over all stay was nice, but here's some cons.. The room was far from the lift and I had to use the stairs to access my room. the fridge was full smell of molds and so were free bottles of water, so didn't use it at all. Before I used AC, felt like the room air was not so fresh neither. if it was 3 star hotel, I could understand the condition... staff was nice and helpful, thank you!"
