Helpful staff, accommodated many requests we had. Great complimentary coffee station and option to take away croissant from breakfast with bags available for this. Delicious food, excellent service in sports bar with staff remembering how we all ordered our drinks

We arrived to Prague by train and walked to the hotel about 15 minutes. Our room was ready before the designated check-in time. The room was clean and the right size for us.
