Das Hotel hat eine wunderbare Lage und die Zimmerausstattung (Apartement) war sehr schön und komfortabel. Leider war kein Frühstück (trotz Buchung) vor Ort möglich (angeblich wegen der Corona- Situation). Wir hätten uns eine Alternative gewünscht... Widersprüchliche Aussagen vom Rezeptions- Personal war etwas nervig (einmal fiel die Aussage, die Zimmer würden wegen der Corona- Situation nicht gemacht (1. Tag wurde wirklich nichts gemacht), dann wurde das Bett doch gemacht, jedoch nicht geputzt, der Abfall wurde nicht oder nicht überall weggebracht. Duschtücher mussten verlangt werden, ebenso der Kaffee/Tee. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit... nur, wir mussten viel Nachfragen und frische Sachen verlangen). Insgesamt war das Hotel recht hellhörig von der Zimmertüre in den Gang, man hörte alles vom Gang her.... Abschliessend hätten wir uns etwas mehr Sauberkeit, etwas mehr Aufmerksamkeit für die Zimmer und etwas mehr Verbindlichkeit gewünscht. Der Aufenthalt in Prag hat uns sehr gefallen!

Frühstück war sehr eintönig: es gab weder gemüse, noch Obst. Von Aufschnitt nur zwei Sorten Salami, Schinken und Käse. Kein frisches Brot. Ich habe mehr von einem 4*-Hotel erwartet. Dafür war das Personal hilfsbereit und freundlich.

Heel fijn hotel voor een stedentrip! Hele mooie kamer en heel erg ruim. Fijn dat er een koelkast is etc. Alles is heel netjes. I loved it, echt een aanrader!! Vlakbij het metro station. Heb genoten van praag!! Alleen het ontbijt mag wel ietsjes uitgebreider. Niet perse uitgebreider maar misschien iets meer variatie? Een kleine tip, geen klacht :p. Ik beveel dit hotel zeker aan :)

Лучшее соотношение цена-качество на февраль

Мне очень понравился этот отель. Чистенький, уютный, новый. Обзор можете посмотреть у меня в инста @ejik3003 в папке (вечные сториз) Прага. И маршрут по Городу там же есть с ценами и коментариями. До центра от 1,8 до 2.8 км в зависимости куда хотите. Мы всегда гуляли пешком, разными путями. Метро в 300 метрах и.п павлова называется. Там разные проездные ,но все просто,т.к есть все на русском. В отеле при входе пахнет дорогим парфюмом, прям очень это понравилось. Вай фай тоже классный, спокойно смотрели фильм. Единственное, что завтрак всегда один и тот же, но за цену 11 тыс за 3 ночи лучше не найти. Выбор, есть, но небольшой. Нарезки сыра и колбасы разные, омлет, вареные яйца, салат, хлопья, молоко и наполнители, булочки и хлеб. Все. Рекомендую для тех. кто любит гулять и 2 км пройти пешком не проблема.

Nice and spacious room. Good service. Very kind and helpfull receptionists. But the cleaners didn't really clean our room/floors. They just change our towels. No more no less. It has a very good location. Near everything😃

The hotel exceeded all of our expectations. We knew to expect good things from looking at the photos. Walking through the front door, the hotel lobby smelled incredible and we were greeted by friendly staff every single time we walked in. The room was stunning and both my partner and I said throughout the drive home after arriving back in the UK how much we’re going to miss the walk in shower! Thank you for making our stay in Prague so wonderful, we will definitely be back in the future.

夜の飛行機で21時にホテル到着したらオーバープッキングにより各下の系列ホテルに強引に移動させられた。スタッフは態度悪いし最悪な環境のホテル。工事してるし、下水が臭い。廊下が廃墟の様なホテルに連れて行かれた。直ぐにエクスペディアサポートに連絡してホテルを探してもらいました。

Struttura ottima e ben collegata con il centro, volendo anche a piedi con una mezz'ora scarsa di piacevole camminata. Camera silenziosa e confortevole, servizi di buon livello, sentita la mancanza del bidet, per noi italiani sempre un problema. Pulizia accettabile ma non adeguata alla struttura, odore sgradevole diffuso negli spazi comuni.

Excellent place! Must go if staying in Prague!

I took my girlfriend to this hotel for her 21st birthday and it was excellent overall, there was a couple of minor issues but noting major. The location of this hotel was excellent for walking. There is a bedroom with a wardrobe, drawer set, little living area with a sofa, a table and a flat screen tv and also a kitchenette in one decent sized room. There is a bathroom with a sink, shower and toilet in with a locking door. Throughout the room there are numerous plug sockets. We had a double room, which was 2 double beds pushed together with 2 single duvets this took some getting used to however I’m aware a lot of hotels do this. The kitchenette had a microwave, sink, kettle and mini fridge freezer which was very handy. The bathroom was very clean and we got new towels when ever we asked, we had to ask for a hairdryer however I believe it was a one off as every other room had one in. However we had a slight leak with the shower, this was due to a faulty plastic seal so it was easily repairable. The bedroom and living area were also very clean, a decent amount of space within the room. The bed was comfy and there was plenty of room to put my clothes for the 5 days I was there. The sofa did the job and you got freeview on the TV. The staff were also extremely friendly and helpful. With it being my girlfriends birthday, she got a complimentary bottle of wine. Breakfast was good too, good selection. Overall excellent place and would recommend to anyone.

Das Zimmer ist sehr geräumig und sehr modern eingerichtet. Die Lage war für uns auch TOP - ca. 10-15 min zu Fuß vom Hbf entfernt. Allerdings brummte der Stromkasten extrem laut. Glücklicherweise war dies im Schlafzimmer nicht mehr zu hören aber sonst sehr unangenehm.
