It was a wonderful stay from start to finish. Zuzana at the reception was particularly outstanding—her communication and friendly demeanor were excellent; she was very informative and helpful. The room was perfectly adequate for my needs. The hotel’s location is fantastic. There is no need to look anywhere else; if I visit again, I would choose this place once more.

This is the perfect location in Prague. Very near to all touristy sites, the castle and local restaurants with amazing food. The host and staff were all so kind and communicated very well. Room is spacious and everything was very clean. The roo Had everything that we needed. Nothing misleading about the reviews, this is a special place to stay. Very quiet and still in the center of everything! Remind yourself not to put the keys in the key box before unlocking the gate, happened to us, but managed to find an open door!

We enjoyed our stay in this place a lot. The place is very clean and organized. Renovated old beautiful building wich has spacious suits and beautiful comfortable terrace outside the rooms in each floor, in the heart of the city center. Helpful staff, we arrived early and checked in right away. We had 3 hours after chech out before going to the train station and had access to the storage room and clean washroom. I recommend this place and will come back again for sure.

This apartment is both well stocked and beautiful. It has nice high ceilings and a view of Prague castle. The location is 10/10, you can walk to Charles Bridge in 2 minutes. The cleaning sraff come in between 12-3pm each day and do an amazing job. This apartment was fantastic, my only recommendation would be to add a small safe to the apartment so that people can lock up their valuables while they are out. Overall, I cannot say enough good things about this hotel and I would highly recommend it.

We arrived and checked in, our receptionist was extremely helpful with information about the apartment, servicing and the area, transport it was great. The apartment was lovely and spacious with everything you need the bonus was the daily service if you want it and they topped up coffee pods etc. The area is fantastic, walking distance to everything but also a tram stop right around the corner. The restaurant choices out the front offier many authentic chechia dishes, but if you want something different go out the back door and it's a quiet street with irish pub, Mediterranean restaurant and a wine bar. Loved it.

Very close to all the main attractions. They were able to pick us up at the train station and bring us to the airport no problem. There was no surprises ! It does say online that they have laundry which is not a service they have anymore unfortunately. Which was fine — that’s the only thing I would mention. But other than that we had an amazing stay and would recommend !
