The hotel is located very close to the main train station, the Old Town attractions are also nearby via walking or local transit. The room was clean. The staff was very nice and helpful. Breakfast was filling and featured local products. The hotel also has a really nice bar with rooftop deck. On top of all that the place smells really nice from the moment you walk in.

As a solo traveler, I couldn't have asked for a better stay. The property is very clean, beautifully kept, and the staff went above and beyond to make sure I had everything I needed. While I was initially sad to see the rooftop was closed for construction, the hotel made up for it with a lovely alternative: a lobby bartender serving drinks from late morning until 11 PM. Getting a cocktail to relax in the lobby or take up to my room was seamless. The current updates taking place didn't disrupt the experience or diminish the hotel's charm whatsoever. Exploring the area is effortless it's highly walkable, and the tram/metro stops are close by. It’s only about 27–30 minutes from the airport, taxis can be called on demand at the desk, and ordering food delivery right to the hotel is a breeze. I would absolutely stay here again!

We loved the Cloud One, room was great, short walk from the train station and the powder gate of old town. Nice rooftop bar for meeting after a day in the old town. Staff goes out of their way to provide a best experience for you.

Location is great next to the main train station. The only thing was the room was a bit small and didn’t provide any hygiene amenities. Yes, maybe I could have called for them, but other hotels I stay in on the same trip in Prague had toothbrush and slippers ready before our arrival. Location is key since we needed to take the train into Vienna the following day. Still a nice hotel for a one nighter.
