Lovely people, the room was very nice and the bed was super comfortable. The breakfast buffet was also very nice and had a lot of options.

What a beautiful hotel. The aesthetics only outdone by the wonderfully helpful and generous staff!! We’re truly sad to leave. And would easily return to this property. Thank you for everything!!

The room was very clean, well equipped and added details like earplugs, coffee, milk and a good size bottle of water. They responded my queries promptly and helpful. I was able to leave my cases before checking time at no extra charge. Very friendly and helpful staff, easy access to building and room. Short walk from Atocha station, lots of buses and metro station close by.

Great location and nice property overall. Breakfast was great. Pool area was very nice. Most of the staff were very helpful, but we struggled to get things like extra towels and pillows. No facial tissues in the bathrooms which is unusual for a hotel.

Superb location and delicious breakfast! We were able to walk to most of the Madrid center without a problem. We loved our stay at the Hotel Francisco I.
