The home is located in a safe and quiet neighbourhood within 5 mins to the Vancouver Island Ferry Terminal and the airport. It is also smack dab in the middle of town so it makes all the amenities close by. Your space has a full kitchen with everything you will need to prepare meals and entertain. It has 2 bedrooms, an office with a sofa bed, dining area, living room with a natural gas fireplace and a Gallery seating area which features original artwork from a wonderful local artist which one can purchase if they find the perfect piece. Comfort is the main theme in this home which is perfect for a family or couple's get away. It is rare that you won’t witness the most incredible sunsets you'll ever find! Sit out on the large covered sundeck with a BBQ, separate dining and lounge areas. This space has all you would need to relax and take in the beautiful surroundings. The backyard has a gas fire pit and seating area as well. The yard is dedicated to your privacy and comfort. You will have 4 spaces for vehicle parking.
