"The first day: we arrived to find out that both rooms that we booked had, attention - extremely dirty toilet closets. We had only a weekend trip, why would it be even a problem for such a premium hotel to give rooms in these conditions to guests?
After I reported that the toilet in my room had an issue, the staff acted as if it wasn’t a big deal. Instead of apologizing or focusing on resolving it, I was given a lecture about how difficult it had been to clean the toilet.
