"This property is just 2 blocks from the train station. We were able to jump in and out of Cinque Terre with ease. If you walked further you were able to enjoy the shops, trattorias and boat basin. The apartment was charming, clean and comfortable with a sweet view of the courtyard. The host even included jam and toast for snacking! "We stayed in 6 hotels in Italy. This was our favorite. Giovanni was the property manager. First, he met us at the parking garage and put our luggage in a motorized cart. He walked us through the small town to the property and pointed out a good restaurant. There is a set of stairs to the property. Then another set of stairs to the room. The property has a small lift for luggage. The room was beautiful and nicely set up. We had a balcony. Not all rooms have the balcony but the view is over a courtyard. The breakfast included croissants, fruit, eggs, pastries, and yogurt. Giovanni was there to answer all our questions. We even met the owner. He was very proud of his property. The town is so much quieter than the Chinque Terre towns. I'm so happy we stayed there. There is a castle at the far end of the street. There is a ferry that takes you to all but one town. Those towns are full of tourists. This town is a bit removed. We did lots of shopping here. And the food choices were excellent. We wish we had stayed here longer!!"
