"Well located. All ocean view rooms. Beautiful hotel with very nice staff. There is hotel shuttle service to train station in La spezia. Taxi from La spezia station to hotel is 40 euro. Bus is cheaper but takes very long time. Italian bus!! I definitely recommend this hotel. Very lay back and comfortable ..."

"The apartment had everything you needed and was warm during a bit of a cold snap. Sep 21, 2018Lunch or dinner at Locanda Lorina on Isola Palmera is totally worth it! They will pick you up in front of the Grand Hotel by boat - it's about a 10 minute ride across to the island. Great location, great food - great place to hike too.
