Fix the little things!
"Cleanliness is not the problem …. It’s little things ….. like a chair I can’t sit in & ever get out of …. a bed that’s too low …… a toilet that every few seconds makes an annoying “whoosh” ALL THE TIME …… a fan in the heating system that blows cold air until it warms up & then the fan cannot be turned ..."

"This cabin was exactly as featured. Location within the golf course was excellent, beautiful views all around, with no obstruction of the trees and golf hole below. Most appreciated were the fantastic linens! Bedding and towels were on point, kitchen well stocked, and temperature control was easy ..."
