Cada uma das 4 casas conta com churrasqueira individual na varanda e uma cozinha totalmente equipada para receber seus hóspedes como se estivessem em sua própria casa. Na sala de estar temos confortável sofá com SmarTV com diversos canais a cabo/satélite. O Villa Maritaca possui amplo deck e piscina com bicos de hidro, com área gourmet equipada e sinuca, além de SmarTV 50 polegadas. Com estacionamento privado e portão eletrônico, estamos localizados a 5 minutos a pé da badalada e charmosa Rua do Mucugê, e da Praça da Centenária Igreja D'Ajuda com bares e restaurantes, e a 15 minutos caminhando da praia do Mucugê. A quadra de esportes de areia ainda hoje existente, está em obras para se transformar em uma área de relaxamento (SPA) para seus hóspedes com sauna e 2 banheiras de hidromassagem além de espreguiçadeiras e uma SmarTV, o que deve estar concluído até setembro de 2024.
