Great location and lovely, polite staff. They had people in the lobby all day and were really quick to respond on WhatsApp when we needed anything. We would like to compliment Beatriz especially for her warm welcome and excellent recommendations. The apartment exceeded our expectations, it was great.

The apartment was great for 2 people, had everything we needed. It was comfortable and very clean. The staff were very pleasant, helpful and welcoming. Easy walking distance to places of interest. Would certainly stay there again.

Paulo was incredible, he was a wonderful person to have met at the start of our trip. He greeted us warmly, was so friendly, and gave us a detailed map full of local recommendations for us to consider during our stay. The property itself has no A/C but our room had two fans and it was just fine!

Overall a good place.

Pros: Good location, extremely hospitable and helpful staff, cute little apartment, and also had a washer. Cons: - Even though beds were separated (one in attic, one on the main floor), there was no separation of sound or light. - I’m sure this was not intended but they missed room service on one of the days. - shower glass was built in a way that a lot of water was coming out of the shower, making the rest of the bathroom wet.

Good

The station and important tourist attractions are close. Everything was good. However, two things are uncomfortable. First, there is not enough hot water. If you use 80 liters, you have to wait about an hour again. The second is the sound of a person moving in another room, and it sounds close. Nevertheless, I would like to recommend this accommodation. It was so nice.

A total wow!

It was perhaps the best stay ever! The staff members (especially Ligia) Were super welcomming, informative and kind! I loved that they have spotted our needs without even asking for! Check out time was 12:00 and they had lockers for your bags totally for free. This apartment (studio 12) had a lovely view to oldtown, even river Douro. No major bars downstairs so we were not disturbed by noice. Only thing to mention that apartment is on a 4th door and has a steep steps. It could be hard for people with disabilities or leg problems.

위치가 아주 좋은 숙소

사진과 다른 방이었어요. 테라스가 없는... 그러나 돌아볼 장소들과 도보로 이동할 수 있는 좋은 위치에 있어요. 그리고 브런치를 맛있게 하는 카페가 같은 건물 1층에 있었습니다.
