A mix of commercial and residential buildings dates back to the 18th Century. Cedofeita literally means "Early Made", one of the oldest neighbourhoods in Porto. It is an art district known for its art galleries and traditional stores. Also, Clérigos is home to the tallest bell tower in Clérigos (Torre dos Clérigos) and the famous Baroque-styled Clérigos Cathedral (Igreja dos Clérigos)

This property is conveniently situated within walking distance to two nearby stations: Lapa, which is a 7-minute walk away, and Carolina Michaelis, which is a 9-minute walk away. This prime location provides easy access to public transportation for exploring the city and surrounding areas.

It was a really noisy room, the comunication for the check in was very slow (there is no one there to open and we had to wait in the entrance for 20 minutes and send many messages in order to receive the code). Also, the cleaner started knoking the door very intensely and kicked us out of the room in a very impolite way at exactly eleven o'clock. Of course it's their right, but at least 5 minutes of courtesy and good manners would be expected given the price of the room
