The villa is completely fenced, framed by a large garden where space is found, in addition to the parking space, also two shaded verandas, one of which overlooks the sea, furnished with table and chairs for outdoor dining in the cool of the evening, preparing tasty grills on the barbecue, based on fresh fish purchased directly from the fishermen of Porto Cesareo.
Slightly elevated above street level, Villa Enea has an entrance into a spaciousliving area where there are the living room with sofas and TV, the dining room, 1 double sofa bed and, beyond an archway, the spacious, well-equipped eat-in kitchen .
A corridor leads to the sleeping area, consisting of 2 pretty and essential bedrooms , one double with en suite shower room, and one twin. The interior is completed by the second full bathroom and the laundry room. Air conditioning is located in the hallway.

Villa Enea is located in Porto Cesareo, facing the sea. There are bars, restaurants, and market in the immediate vicinity. With a short walk, also beach beach, you can get to the center of Porto Cesareo, a lively and dynamic town, where all services and clubs are at your fingertips.
The most beautiful and famous beaches, equipped with private lidos for those who wish, can be reached in just a few minutes by car: those in Scala di Furno and Torre Chianca are about 3 km away, the beaches of Torre Lapillo are about 5 km away, and the wonderful dunes of the famous beach of Punta Prosciutto are only 10 km away.



- After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 4pm to 8pm) and check-out (from 8.30 am to 10am). An extra payment of euro 50 is required for late check-in upon request (from 8pm to 12am).
- Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language.
- The tourist tax, WHERE APPLICABLE,is not included in the price and will be applied according to the municipal regulations.
- Bed linen/towels optional rental: price is euro 20 per person per week.
- Extra cleaning fee for pets euro 50 to pay upon arrival.
- It is MANDATORY to sort and dispose the waste. If not, it will be withheld penalty fee of 80 euro for up to 10 kg of waste + 50 euro for each additional kg.
- It is MANDATORY to leave the stove and cutlery clean (service not included in the price of final cleaning). If not, it will be withheld a penalty fee of 40 euro.
