The woman that mans the breakfast buffet needs a raise. she was everywhere all at once. She also was available the day before when we needed some guidance.」
「The hotel was showing a little age. The railing for the interior stairs seemed loose. Overall a nice place. The beds weee comfortable. The staff friendly. Parking lot is large enough to handle trailers. There is an Applebees restaurant within a few minutes walk. 」
「Could’ve used a little more attention to detail on housekeeping staff, hallways were a bit dirty along with carpet being outdated stained needs a good cleaning has a funky smell, coffee pot in room definitely needs to be cleaned. Advise no fresh coffee or ice water available until breakfast room opens in morning at 6 AM. Would be nice to have those amenities available in the lobby 24 hours.」
「The cabins are so clean, comfortable and very close to everything. The fire pit was such a great addition to our stay. Overall this is the best place to stay when visiting Lava Hot Springs. 」
