The hotel was wonderful, what wasn't was the price that Expedia charged us and the fact that it was non- refundable. After I booked with them I found many other hotels around the area that were cheaper and could all be refunded.

Pet fees, hotel is great

Room and service is great. Everyone is friendly. My only complaint is Hotel.com stated pet friendly but did not say there was pet fee. The hotel did not charge me the full $100 but did charge $60. Note to check out hotel website for pet fees. My first time taling my two miniature dogs so I learned a lesson there. The breakfast was good and rest of experience was great. I will be back

The room was supposed to sleep six people the beds were great but the pull out couch the mattress was awful dirty springs poking through it I had to take the cushions off the couch and the chair and put it on top of the mattress to make a bed out of it for the kids if two adults stayed in that that wouldn't have been comfortable also I had hidden charges fees at the end your company didn't tell me that.

We loved the grill within walking distance and discount on food. The staff they was excellent. Breakfast was great. Pool and hot tub weren't crowded. Wish the jets worked. The room, we did not love. I liked the closet and kitchen. I did not like the paper thin walls. I could hear everything the neighbor was doing. And he wasnt even loud. Room had a chirping sound near the window that came and went the whole night long. The TV was small, to the side of the bed. Hard to see.

Convenient to a great restaurant, easy access to in & out with a pet. Room condition, mainly the bathroom was poor. Large cracked toilet bowl which appeared glued. Hair Conditioner & Body Shampoo broken off wall. Carpet, floor & dishes dirty

check-in at this location is 3:00 pm we arrived at 6:00 pm and our room wasn't ready, we were able to check in at 7:50 pm. I spoke with the general manager (Jeff) the next morning and realized that he had absolutely zero concern about how his hotel was being maintained, he also informed me that "it isn't the customer's world anymore" and his staff reflected the same go to hell attitude as their leader. Bypass this Marriott and save yourself the aggravation,
