    Welcome to Happy Home! Make yourself comfortable in our spacious 2 story home with a beautiful view overlooking the neighborhood.

    Living Room:
    - Comfortable seating area with large leather sofa
    - Smart TV & stereo
    -Alexa to open/close blinds, turn on stereo and TV, and turn on lights
    -Motion detection lights throughout the main floor
    - Entrance onto the large outdoor patio with outdoor BBQ

    Dining Room:
    - Large table with seating for 8 with large windows overlooking the Happy Valley hills

    Kitchen:
    - Fully stocked kitchen with cookware, stemware and flatware
    - Dishwasher and stove
    - Basic cooking essentials such as oil, salt, pepper, sugar

    Bedroom:
    - 2 queen bed with fresh linens and towels
    - Side tables and lamps
    - 2 side closets with hangers

    Guests will be given entry code to the home upon arrival.
