"The staff were so kind and helpful. They were super helpful when we booked an extra night as well. The double queen room we were in was a bit rough looking but the stay was lovely. Great location and not too far of a drive to downtown."

"Hotel was in a great location. The resort fee allowed for 2 drinks in the lounge daily. Rooms facing Bay street are quite noisy until about 10 pm (bring your earplugs). Overall, a great stay with great staff!"

"Space wasn’t as clean as we were hoping and we killed a bug in the bed. The mattress protector had some brown spots so we were concerned with bed bugs. Shampoo/conditioner bottle was not working. Just maybe things they could check while turning over the room. "
