The master suite features a king-size bed, private Gulf-view balcony, and an en-suite bathroom with double vanities, a separate shower, and a large garden tub. Bedroom two also offers a king-size bed and a private full bath with a shower/tub combination. Bedroom three is furnished with two twin beds, ideal for children or additional guests. Queen air mattress is provided for additional sleeping arrangements.

Paradise Shores 311 is a non-smoking unit and does NOT allow pets. All bookings are on a first come first serve basis.

CANCELLATION POLICY: A cancellation fee of $200.00 will be charged if you cancel your reservation. Telephone the office as soon as possible in the event you must cancel, change dates or switch properties. Please note that if the reservation is cancelled within 45 days of arrival, we cannot refund your advanced rental payment. Once your reservation is confirmed, any cancellations/date or property changes will be subject to our cancellation policies. Sorry, no refunds for early departures. You may also use the advanced rental payment for a future booking and avoid the cancellation fee. Please call our office if you would like to make arrangements.
