Welcome to Mexico Beach!! This house is located within a 7-10 minute walk or about 1 minute drive to the most amazing beaches with sugary white sand, green water, and fantastic sunsets. Brand new pool is ready for guests!

Whether your adventure is sitting under an umbrella on this gorgeous white sand beach, biking, fishing, or kayaking in the bay we got it all. Only 1.1 miles to Mexico Beach (bike there or it's about a 7-minute walk) or 7.2 miles to Wind Mark Beach! Within15 minutes you can be in downtown Port St. Joe. Visit the historic lighthouses and museums. 25 minutes to Cape San Blas and ride horseback on the beach. You can take a trip to St. Vincent Island or to. St Joseph Bay for the best inshore fishing in Florida.

Due to fluctuations in weather and outdoor temperature the hot tub and pool temperatures cannot be guaranteed to maintain high levels. Therefore there is no additional cost to use the pool or hot tub at this property.

Monthly rental rates are available for the winter season. Please send a message to the property manager if you are interested.

House was great. Clean, well stocked in the kitchen. Plenty of pillows, blankets, bedding. Some beach stuff available, but the umbrella we tried was already broken. I recommend bringing your own beach stuff. Bikes are available and beach is very close with plenty of beach access. Beach is not in walking distance. Shower in master is a double which was great. Only complaint was that the hot tub would not heat for our entire stay. No one came by to even check it until our last day, and I spent the whole stay trying to trouble shoot with the hosts, which was a bit inconvenient and frustrating. Otherwise, the pool was great and very clean. Hosts very responsive and pleasant to deal with. Would rent here again (as long as hot tub works).

Overall, a great house & experience staying there. Minor issues that wouldn’t prevent us from staying there again. Minor issues:-an ant issue in breakfast nook area.-backyard hadn’t been mowed in a couple wks.-was mowed while we were there & lots of grass/debris got into the pool. We cleaned it.-although manager responded promptly, she didn’t want to believe us about a couple of those issues.Again, overall a positive experience. We’d stay there again.

Nice Property to Stay in Mexico Beach

We had a family group of 5 adults and 1 child and this rental was a perfect fit. Great location about 1/2 mile walk to the beautiful sand beach of Mexico Beach. Neighborhood was quiet with very little traffic. Two bicycles at the house were a nice plus. The pool and hot tub were wonderful. Large kitchen, plenty of seating inside & outside.

2024 birthday fun

The pool house provided everything we needed to make this get away very special. The kitchen island is the longest I have ever seen. The pool was enjoyed by all. Access to the beach was so easy and so were all the restaurants. We will try to make it back for next year!

Property was great! Angie made things very easy for us. Plenty of room. Pool and hot tub was a huge plus!! Only thing is there was not a lot of kitchen supplies as far as things to cook with or containers/baking dishes. But other than that it was fabulous. Will definitely rent again.

The house was nice. It had a king bed a full bed and a twin trundle in the master which was nice so no one had to share. There were no pans (cookie sheets)in the house so I had to go buy my own. And having a normal size broom would be nice but my daughter would sweep with the little one so it was fine. Over all great place to stay and would most definitely stay again

A week at Mexico Beach.

Good price. Large open room with plenty of seating. Comfortable beds. Its nice having separate thermostat for bedrooms to keep them cooler at night. Would stay again.
