Port Isabel never changes. Slow pace, so don't get in a hurry. The last time I was here was over 30yrs ago, the place looks the same except a few more shopping centers.

Room had two double beds not queen. The bedding clean. Everything was older but worked. The room was clean. A/C works great. Staff was friendly and helpful. They rent weekly and monthly. Port Isabel is a beautiful little bay town with some of the best Mexican restaurants in the state. Pirates Landing is awesome and we loved the pirate ship. The whole lighthouse square is great for a walk. Kid’s loved Davey Jones Ice Cream Locker.
