"Yes room was spotless. The staff of the hotel was very courteous and professional. We did want to rent out an umbrella and chairs to hang out at the beach but none were available. The hotel lets a third party take care of this but they were nowhere to be found. Despite calls saying they would be there; their service hut remained closed. Several other parties also waited but no one showed up. "
