"Not a beach view unless you stood at farthest corner of balcony and leaned out. However, lovely hotel, communication with staff great, just perfect for our stay."

"Really lovely place, nice idea with the pool interlocking all the accomodation. One thing, it could do with a bit of a spruce & attention to detail. It’s a bit tired looking. "

"Great location, close to everything, pool was good, albeit it was low season but having 4 of them meant you probably always get a lounge no matter what time of year it is! Spa in the room is a great touch, although loud, it was comfortable. Room wasn’t spotless on arrival, bathroom had a slight odour but that is expected with all the humidity and a fan that could use a proper clean up! Bed was comfortable, air con was great, fridge was very cold, froze a few beers so had to be adjusted, water pressure was great. Staff were friendly and welcoming."

"Staff were so welcoming and helpful, they really went out of their way to make our stay feel special. The room was beautiful and very clean. A nice touch was the on tap sparkling and chilled water in the corridor. "

"We were a bit early checking but it was no problem. Parking is underground and free. Washer/dryers are shared between 2 apartments and are also free. Within walking distance of the main shopping and dining area as well as 4-mile beach and the pier. "

"Great hotel, with location close to 4 mile beach, and port Douglas centre. Swim up bar is a must try. "
